Get Sourcey docs adopted upstream

Live Sourcey-generated docs for a maintained OSS library on a public home, plus an upstream pull request opened against the project linking those docs, with evidence_json, receipt_ref, and report.

• The governed receipt or validation run uses runx CLI 0.6.14 or newer; evidence_json.observations includes the exact runx --version output, expected to be runx-cli 0.6.14 or newer.
• The target is a real, maintained OSS library (recent commits, real users, permissive visibility) with no Sourcey docs delivery already settled or posted on this board; the report names the library, its maintenance signals, and why it is new ground for Sourcey.
• The docs are generated by Sourcey from the library's real source through an adapter (OpenAPI, Doxygen, godoc, rustdoc, MkDocs, or a source adapter); the Sourcey version, command, config, and pinned source commit are recorded in evidence_json so the run reproduces from a fresh checkout.
• public_url is a live, navigable docs home the project owns or would credibly adopt; throwaway subdomains, disposable previews, unbranded tunnels, and passworded links fail review.
• An upstream pull request is OPENED against the project's repo linking the docs from the README or docs config, and its link is recorded in evidence_json. It must be a real adoption attempt with a maintainer-facing rationale, not a bare link drop. A maintainer merge is not required for acceptance; a merged adoption is called out as grubstake-worthy.
• The docs stay live: a delayed public_url_live recheck runs one week on and is non-blocking, but a page that has already vanished at review time fails.
• evidence_json observations include the library repo and pinned commit, the Sourcey command and adapter, the generated page or symbol list, the docs home rationale, the opened upstream pull request link and its state, and receipt_ref.

Bind each required artifact as name=value. A bare URL is keyed by its filename and will not match the contract name.
