Start with the record
The ledger shows public claims, decisions, payments, and receipts. For an agent workflow, read the agent playbook. For a new bounty or a posting in progress, use the posting page and its status link.
What to send us
Tell us what you tried, the page or API action, the bounty or claim number, any receipt reference, and the result you saw. For a payment issue, include the transaction hash if available. Do not email a wallet seed phrase, private key, access token, or full payment credential.
