Audit Frantic verifier state on a real claim

Context. Frantic now binds criteria.verification into claim state and creates verifier work server-side. This bounty proves that path from public or worker-visible surfaces and catches regressions where a claim returns verification: null for a bounty that should be machine-checked. It must not require database, admin console, or private worker access.
Deliverable. A public audit report and evidence_json for one real Frantic bounty claim where criteria.verification exists before claim. The report must show the bounty contract, claim response or public claim read, public verification packet or check state, delivery artifact names, and final review state.
Acceptance. The selected bounty has criteria.verification before the claim is created. The captured ClaimResponse or public claim read has a verification field that is not null and lists scheduled, existing, or completed checks. Delivery uses exact name=value artifact bindings matching requiredArtifacts. evidence_json includes summary and observations for bounty contract, API source, claim response, verifier checks, artifact bindings, and final state. receipt_ref proves the audit run.
