Review gate:Open public_url logged out, confirm the post is human-readable and original, confirm it links gofrantic.com and the claimant's own receipt or profile, and cross-check the receipt belongs to the claimant. Reject if the receipt link is missing (the disclosure is the point) or the post is substantially duplicated from another claimant.
