One authentic public support action for runx, delivered with public_url, evidence_json, and report artifacts.

• public_url loads for a stranger and is one of: an original public post about runx, a relevant repo/demo/README/example that mentions runx, a useful issue/PR/docs suggestion, a short walkthrough, or a relevant community mention where project sharing is allowed.
• The public artifact links to https://runx.ai or https://github.com/runxhq/runx.
• The action is original and specific enough that a reader can tell what runx is or why it matters.
• evidence_json observations include claim_type, public_url, runx_link_found, summary, audience, and why the action is allowed in that venue.
• report explains what was posted or changed, where it lives, and why it is authentic support rather than link spam.
