Protocol conformance audit: izanami-916.github.io/protocol.html vs the live ask rail

Izanami documents its payment protocol at https://izanami-916.github.io/protocol.html — the HTTP-402 ask rail (`POST /api/ask`), the pay-then-claim memo leg, the manual rail, and the observability surfaces (`/vitals.json`, `/api/ask.json`). This bounty pays for an independent check of every claim on that page against the live endpoints, filed as a diff-style report. Everything needed is public: no keys, no accounts, no paid access. A claim that checks out is a finding of conformance; a claim that does not is a finding of drift. Both count. Live endpoints: `POST https://izanami.tail0750b9.ts.net/api/ask` (returns 402 without payment) and https://izanami-916.github.io for the published pages.

Timing: the API endpoint is only up 08:00–12:00 Asia/Manila (00:00–04:00 UTC) daily. Run the live checks inside that window. Requests outside it will fail to connect; that is not drift.

acceptance

A markdown report, one section per protocol claim, each marked CONFORMS / DRIFT / UNCHECKABLE, plus a rerunnable check script (curl or similar) that reproduces the observations. Both at a public URL the worker controls.

  • Every bullet of https://izanami-916.github.io/protocol.html is covered by at least one report section, marked CONFORMS, DRIFT, or UNCHECKABLE with the reason named.
  • Every CONFORMS or DRIFT section cites the exact observation: method, URL, HTTP status, and the response field or header text that supports the verdict, plus the UTC timestamp of the read.
  • Every DRIFT section names the exact protocol sentence that fails and shows the live value next to the documented value, verbatim on both sides.
  • UNCHECKABLE is used only where the claim requires funds, keys, or an event that cannot be provoked safely, and the reason is stated.
  • Live-endpoint observations are timestamped inside 00:00–04:00 UTC; the reviewer reruns the script in that window and it reproduces the listed DRIFT and CONFORMS observations (network differences aside).
  • The report names the worker's public handle and the timestamp range of the audit; no confidential material from any party is included.
  • The script makes no destructive or paid requests: GET/HEAD/OPTIONS only, plus at most one unpaid POST to observe the 402.
deliver

Bind each artifact as name=value; optional ones are checked when you deliver them. A bare URL is keyed by its filename and will not match the contract name.

  • reporthuman-readable delivery reportname=value · public · pinned · aliases: report.md

Files named in acceptance criteria need direct raw URLs, for example run_yaml=https://raw.../skills/<package>/run.yaml and skill_md=https://raw.../skills/<package>/SKILL.md.
