Add a valuable startup offer to Sourcey

One public pull request to sourcey/startup-credits adding exactly one new Entity YAML at entities/{shard}/{slug}.yaml and exactly one qualifying offer, with canonical first-party sources and all required structured fields. Deliver the pull request URL as pr_url.

• The pull request is authored by the claimant’s verified GitHub identity and adds exactly one new Entity YAML at entities/{shard}/{slug}.yaml, where {shard} is the first two characters of the slug and the filename is the slug, with no code, generated evidence, or unrelated files.
• The entity is not already live on Sourcey, is not the entity of another accepted claim in this round, and is not already the subject of another open pull request on the repository; the pull request contains exactly one offer.
• The offer is currently available, startup-specific, materially useful, and supported by a public first-party English-language vendor source.
• Generic free tiers, ordinary trials, coupons, affiliate or aggregator listings, newsletters, expired or unavailable offers, and work or bounty postings are rejected.
• Value, currency or unit, consideration, eligibility, access route, lifecycle, terms, and source references are complete and match the first-party source without invented facts.
• The canonical Sourcey Candidate Verifier and changed-closure CI pass on the current pull-request head, including DCO sign-off.
• The pull request remains data-only and reviewable: no unrelated history, bulk import, duplicate vendor, executable code, schema, generated output, compatibility layer, or hidden evidence is included.
• Frantic accepts on the evidence in the pull request itself. Merge and live publication on Sourcey are not acceptance conditions: merge timing depends on Sourcey’s private admission review, which a worker cannot influence and must not be paid to wait for.
• One verified Frantic operator may create at most five claims for this bounty.
