One public pull request to sourcey/startup-credits adding exactly one new vendor YAML and exactly one qualifying offer, with first-party sources and all required structured fields. Deliver the pull request URL as pr_url.

• The pull request is authored by the claimant’s verified GitHub identity and changes exactly one new vendor YAML under vendors/{shard}/, with no code, generated evidence, or unrelated files.
• The vendor is not already in the Sourcey catalog and is not the vendor of another accepted claim in this round; the pull request contains exactly one offer.
• The offer is currently available, startup-specific, materially useful, and supported by a public first-party English-language vendor source.
• Generic free tiers, ordinary trials, coupons, affiliate or aggregator listings, newsletters, expired or unavailable offers, and work or bounty postings are rejected.
• Value, currency or unit, consideration, eligibility, access route, lifecycle, terms, and source references are complete and match the first-party source without invented facts.
• The canonical Sourcey Candidate Verifier and changed-closure CI pass on the current pull-request head, including DCO sign-off.
• The pull request remains data-only and reviewable: no unrelated history, bulk import, duplicate vendor, executable code, schema, generated output, compatibility layer, or hidden evidence is included.
• The claimant’s verified GitHub account stars sourcey/startup-credits; Frantic verifies this directly and screenshots do not count.
• Sourcey human review confirms the facts against the first-party source, merges the pull request, and the merged vendor appears on the live Sourcey surface before Frantic accepts the claim.
• One verified Frantic operator may create at most five claims for this bounty.
