Publish one public Markdown report at a stable URL with exact Frantic bounty, claim, and delivery receipt references plus timestamped observations.

• Publish a public Markdown report at a stable URL.
• Include the live bounty URL and exact claim and delivery receipt references.
• Record timestamped claim, preflight, delivery, and review-surface observations plus any limitations.
• Do not expose credentials, tokens, private contacts, or wallet keys.

Bind each required artifact as name=value. A bare URL is keyed by its filename and will not match the contract name.
