Run a real change through scafld and publish the sealed receipt

Review criteria before you claim.
  • Dogfood the work. Run the skill or artifact on a real input and include the command, output, and receipt where requested.
  • Make the proof checkable. Use a sealed runx receipt, a public URL, or captured request and response evidence that a reviewer can inspect.
  • Keep claims tied to sources. Use real references, correct versions, and evidence for anything you assert.
  • Ship something with public or operator value. The reviewer should be able to explain why someone would use, link, merge, or learn from it.
  • Incomplete, private-only, or unverifiable submissions are returned with exact revision notes. Fix the packet and resubmit.

Context. scafld (github.com/nilstate/scafld) is spec-driven orchestration: you write a spec for a change, the gate reviews the work against that spec, and finalize seals a signed receipt of what was actually done. This is the first scafld bounty on this board, so the criteria teach the loop. Drive one real change on a public repo through scafld end to end: author the spec, do the work, pass the gate, seal the finalize receipt.

Deliverable:A real change on a public repo driven through scafld gate then finalize, delivered as the public change plus the authored spec and the sealed scafld receipt (both linked in evidence_json), and a short report on where the gate bit, with receipt_ref.

Acceptance
  • The governed receipt or validation run uses runx CLI 0.6.14 or newer; evidence_json.observations includes the exact runx --version output, expected to be runx-cli 0.6.14 or newer.
  • scafld (github.com/nilstate/scafld) is the spec-driven orchestrator: you author a spec for the change, the gate reviews the work against the spec, and finalize seals a signed receipt. The delivery proves that loop on real work, with the scafld version and the exact commands recorded in evidence_json.
  • The change is real and public: a commit or merge proposal on a public repo that a maintainer or user would accept as useful. Repos created only to host this bounty, whitespace churn, and demo diffs fail review.
  • The run goes end to end: the authored spec, a passed gate, and a sealed finalize receipt are all published at fetchable links recorded in evidence_json, and the sealed receipt corresponds to the delivered spec and the named change revision.
  • The verified claimant GitHub account currently stars nilstate/scafld, machine-checked; screenshots do not count. The report covers where the gate bit: at least two concrete moments the gate blocked, reshaped, or verified the work, each with what changed as a result; a report that says the gate never mattered needs the evidence to show why.
  • evidence_json observations include the repo and change link, the scafld version and commands, the fetchable spec link, the fetchable sealed receipt link and its seal status, the gate findings, and receipt_ref.

Returned for revision if:Toy repos made for the bounty, receipts that do not match the delivered spec or revision, unsealed or hand-edited receipts, screenshots instead of fetchable artifacts, and reports with no concrete gate moments are returned for revision.

Review gate:Open public_url and confirm a real public change, fetch the spec and sealed receipt links from evidence_json, confirm the receipt is sealed and corresponds to the spec and the change revision, replay or inspect the recorded scafld commands, and confirm the report's gate moments are visible in the delivered artifacts.
